The document requires a summary of pilot work and development planning for wind power clean heating, technical demonstration work for wind power clean heating, research and improvement of investment and operation mechanisms for wind power heating projects, improvement of the market-oriented trading mechanism for wind power heating, and effective organization, coordination, and construction management of wind power clean heating.
