The internationally leading phase change energy storage materials developed by HeatMate New Energy have successfully passed third-party tests for 6000 cycles of stability, oral toxicity, skin irritation, and corrosion.

HeatMate is a participating unit in the national and industry standards for clean heating such as 'Phase Change Energy Storage Heating System', 'Thermal Storage Electric Heating Device', 'Phase Change Thermal Storage Device', and 'Clean Energy Heating Technical Regulations', and has participated in the compilation of the 'Design Specifications for Electric Heating Boiler Rooms' in Xinjiang.

Recently, HeatMate New Energy completed the commissioning of a distributed solar heating project in Hainan Prefecture, Xining City, Qinghai Province, which is now in use.

 

 

This project uses HeatMate New Energy's independently developed distributed solar thermal storage heating system, which directly uses solar energy for heating during the day and stores excess heat in the thermal pool; at night, it uses the thermal pool for direct heating. When heat is insufficient, it uses electric boilers for heating during the night valley electricity period and charges the thermal pool, while using the thermal pool for heating during non-valley electricity periods.

The building originally used a gas boiler for heating; in comparison, the distributed solar heating system adopted by HeatMate New Energy has lower operating costs and higher energy utilization efficiency. It meets the user's heat supply needs while storing excess heat, continuing to provide heating to users during the night without sunlight, reducing energy waste; at the same time, the combination of solar energy and electric boilers not only saves users considerable operating costs but also meets users' heating needs in any weather conditions.
